Coordinated by the International Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce and supported by major sponsors, the Northern Territory (NT) Government's Department of Trade Business and Innovation and Seven Darwin, the Chief Minister's NT Export and Industry Awards seek out top exporters and leaders in industry in 20 different categories, from which the overall 'Exporter of the Year' is chosen.
As part of the 2019 Chief Minister's NT Export and Industry Awards, the Department of Trade Business and Innovation have sponsored the Industry Innovation award. Qualifying entries will include businesses successfully implementing innovation by developing new products or processes, or technology or business solutions. The innovation will have improved productivity, efficiency and competitiveness and will contribute to sustainable growth in the NT economy.
Nominations are open now and close on 16 August 2019 with the winner announced at the awards ceremony on 26 September 2019.
