National Innovation Games set to energise small to medium business in the Territory

Innovation Games

National Innovation Games organisers are looking for small business leaders in the Northern Territory to join some of Australia’s brightest minds in a conversation around transitioning their business operations to renewable energy.

By joining the Games you will be allocated to a team, including industry experts, who will work to create solutions for/with you; who will work to create solutions for you - all you have to do is share your experience, energy needs and future ideas. Businesses should be available to brief their teams so that they understand the business and the sector you work in. Teams of students (grad, PhDs) will work directly with you to understand existing obstacles and opportunities for your business and sector, to come up with new ideas that you can take away and implement, saving you money and time. Not only will you gain ideas and solutions but you will also be helping uni and TAFE students gain invaluable work experience.

It’s FREE to participate and there are prizes for winning solutions.

Hundreds of small businesses have been through this program nationwide and have benefited from the experience including those in:

  • Health & Community Services
  • Property, Construction & Trade
  • Education Campuses
  • Logistics and Cold Storage
  • Tourism
  • Advanced users of renewables
  • Transport & E-Mobility

If you’re interested in finding out more, the in-person/virtual Games are being held on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9th September 2021 at Darwin Innovation Hub.

Your attendance is flexible over the two days and organisers will work with you to reduce the impact on your time away from the office and staff.

Register your interest here. Space is limited.
