
Northern Territory businesses and organisations are invited to strengthen their knowledge of key Asian markets through the Northern Territory Government's Asia Literacy Uplift Program, delivered in partnership with Asialink Business, Australia's National Centre for Asia Capability.
As international trade and investment opportunities continue to grow across the Asia-Pacific region, developing the skills and knowledge to engage confidently with regional partners has never been more important.
The free program will be delivered in Darwin from 14 to 21 July 2026 and features 6 expert-led market spotlight sessions focusing on:
- Indonesia
- South Korea
- Singapore
- Japan
- Taiwan
- India.
Each session will provide practical insights into local market conditions, business culture, emerging opportunities and effective engagement strategies. Participants will also hear from market specialists and Austrade representatives with on the ground experience across the region.
The program is ideal for Northern Territory organisations looking to:
- expand into international markets
- strengthen trade and commercial relationships across Asia
- improve cross-cultural business capability
- increase export readiness
- build on existing international partnerships.
The program is free and will be delivered in Darwin between 14 to 21 July 2026, with applications closing on 10 July 2026.
