Darwin based innovator Clint Hoffman has won two national road safety awards for his DriveAbout app. DriveAbout won the National Road Safety Indigenous Road Safety Award and Innovation Award at the opening event of the Australian Formula 1.
DriveAbout, an app aimed at giving young people, particularly Aboriginal Australians, the tools to pass the theory test and obtain their learner's licence has been a recipient of a $50,000 grant as part of the Business Innovation Support Initiatives (BISI) program of the Northern Territory Government.
