The Australian Computing Society and the Department of Corporate and Digital Development's own Digital Futures are hosting an International Women’s Day event, Confidence and Resilience in Digital, to discuss how women working in digital, technical and ICT professions can build confidence and resilience in an ever-evolving landscape.

When: 5pm to 7:15pm on Thursday 17 March 2022
Where: Signatures Room, Hilton Darwin, 32 Mitchell Street

Hear from keynote speaker Karen Hawkes - Director of Captovate, and engage with our panel featuring:

  • Karina Bourne - Director of Kinetic IT
  • Peta Hine - Traineeship Program Manager at NEC Australia
  • Bel Cook - Digital Ninja at Digitally Buzzed
  • Camille Fong Lim - Regional Manager at SRA Information Technology.

Each speaker will draw on their own stories and experiences to address how women in digital can build confidence and resilience. The panel session will include an Q&A session.

Join us in asking those essential questions: How do we ask for a pay rise? How do we adapt and build resilience to succeed? How do we get what we want at work?
