Stage One Services

  1. Two-hour framing workshop consisting of the following structures:
  • Initial client led analysis
  • Capital requirements and financial mechanisms
  • 12 levers of successful innovators
  • Doblin’s 10 Types of Innovation
  • Other models as relevant.
  1. One-hour Innovation Project Plan co-design session:
  • Our innovation managers will draw from the knowledge garnered in the previous workshop to co-design a bespoke plan template specific to the needs of the participants.
  1. Innovation Project Plan review, revision, and recommendations:
  • Prior to the submission of the plan, Deloitte will review the document and provide strategic recommendations to ensure the highest likelihood of success.

Initially, Deloitte will conduct a market scan to consider the following factors impacting the viability of the product/service:
