Business Innovation Program applications open now

Business Innovation Program

Do you have a business innovation concept that requires mentoring and financial assistance to commercialise?

Applications for the Business Innovation Program are now open with businesses able to apply for professional mentoring through an Innovator in Residence program and funding of up to $30,000 on a dollar-for-dollar matched funding basis.

The Business Innovation Program helps Territory businesses to develop and commercialise business innovation concepts, driving opportunities for businesses to grow private investment and create jobs through innovation. Businesses can access integrated coaching, funding and ecosystem opportunities in a wrap-around service to support you to develop and implement a business innovation commercialisation plan.

The program is run in three stages:

  1. planning
  2. development
  3. commercialisation.

A dedicated Innovator in Residence (IiR) will provide one-on-one mentoring to assist you through each stage of the program. The IiRs specialise in planning, development, commercialisation and Aboriginal business innovation projects.
